We provide digital services as per the agreed project scope. Any additional services outside of the original agreement will incur extra charges.
Payment Policy:
All payments must be made according to the invoicing schedule. Delay in payment may result in project suspension without prior notice.
Intellectual Property:
All materials and content created by Alan Digital Venture remain the property of the company until full payment is received. Upon completion, ownership rights will be transferred as agreed.
Confidentiality:
We respect client confidentiality and ensure that all project-related information remains strictly private and secure.
Revisions and Modifications:
Revisions are limited to the number stated in the original agreement. Additional revisions will be billed separately.
Timelines:
While we commit to timely delivery, any delay caused by client feedback, material provision, or unforeseen circumstances will extend delivery timelines accordingly.
Limitation of Liability:
Alan Digital Venture is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from misuse of our services beyond the originally agreed project scope.
Termination:
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. In such cases, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
